We match the most suitable factory based on the product's intended use, material, process, quality requirements, quantity and timeline. Whether a factory can take on a project is assessed individually for each project.
Quotations, project scope, payment terms, production timing and shipping arrangements are confirmed separately in the applicable quotation and order documents.
Sampling timelines are estimates confirmed per project. Sample fees and courier arrangements are agreed before sampling begins.
We welcome NDAs before design transfer. For licensed characters or brands, the client warrants production authorization and provides documentation on request. FiguForge will not knowingly facilitate the manufacture of unauthorized third-party IP. Clients must hold the necessary rights to all submitted designs, artwork and intellectual property.
Shipping arrangements and lead times are confirmed in the applicable project documents. Governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
